Post-Construction Cleanup

Rough Clean

  • ​ Sweeping

  • Dusting

  • Plastic/sticker removal from furniture, windows, and doors

  • Floors, that are free from debris, especially on edges and corners, are clean and polished

  • Vacuum cleaning

  • Trim cleaning

  • Threshold cleaning

  • Proper disposal of trash and debris

Final Clean

  • Walls are cleaned if there are any marks or smudges

  • Entire home is dusted from top to bottom

  • All surfaces and counters are wiped clean (wet/dry)

  • Floors are throughly swept & mopped 

  • Vaccumming

  • Cleaning of all appliances, cabinets, and shelves from inside and out

  • Since construction is usually complete by this step , after final clean home is ready for move in . 

Touch-Up Clean

  • Additional clean a several days after 

    final clean , in case dust has settled

  • Similar to basic household cleaning

  • Dusting

  • Floors

  • Vacuuming

  • All counters and surfaces are cleaned 

  • Mirror/glass cleaning

  • Walk through of all bathrooms and living areas
